I'm an edtech product leader with 11+ years experience building software and experiences that help people actually learn (and stick with it).
I've done a bit of everything, but specialize in assessment technology, learner retention, and experiential learning.
I started my career as an English/French instructor, and that teaching foundation still drives how I build: start at the end (backward design from empirical outcomes), ground decisions in learners' real daily lived experience, and use technology to simplify/amplify (and not get in the way) .
I live in Brooklyn with my wife & son. My favorite type of birthday party is karaoke and I never miss an Eagles game (go birds).
Professional Experience
I currently work as a product lead and consultant with DriveX Labs, partnering with early and growth-stage EdTech companies to improve retention, learning outcomes, and LTV.
Previously, I spent three years at Emeritus (2022 - 2025), where I owned learner-facing product strategy across global education platforms serving tens of thousands of learners annually. During that time, I reduced bootcamp dropout rates by 50% and led the launch of AI-powered assessment systems that increased learner engagement by up to 3x while cutting feedback turnaround from days to seconds.
In 2024, I also held a fractional leadership role as Head of Operations at Brooklyn Psychedelic Society, where I built core operational infrastructure, improved event programming strategy for community growth, and helped secure 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
Earlier in my career, I spent eight years at Fluent City, where I grew from part-time French instructor into Head of Product. Along the way, I led B2B training programs, built and managed a 200+ instructor network across four U.S. cities and online, and ultimately owned the development of the company’s learning platform. As part of the senior leadership team, I helped guide the business through a rapid COVID-era transition to fully online delivery and a successful acquisition in 2021.
